                                                                                  Chili Cheese Dip

Picture
I make this dip whenever I'm invited to a party and need to bring a dish. What I like about this dip is you can double the recipe to make the size you want, and it's very easy to do. This recipe is so simple, and people will think you spent hours to make it.

Ingredients:

1 can of Hormel Chili with beans - you can add as many cans as you think you'll need

1 block of cream cheese softened - you may need more for a larger dip

Shredded cheddar cheese - I like a lot of cheese for the top

  • Use a baking dish large enough to spread out the chili for your particular size.
  • Spread the chili out in the baking dish
  • Soften the cream cheese enough to be able to spread it over the chili
  • Then sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the chili and the cream cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and the chili is bubbling

Let it cool for a few minutes and then it will be ready to serve. I usually serve this dip with tortilla chips, but you can always use whatever your preference is.

I love this recipe and every time I make it and bring to a gathering, I get rave reviews. I hope you enjoy this quick and easy dip recipe.
