WELCOME TO SURVIVING LIFE CHALLENGES
Hi, I'm NayNay. I built this space in the middle of my own hardest season, not after I'd figured it all out. If you're in the middle of yours right now, I want you to know two things: you are not alone, and you are stronger than you think.
A few years ago, I lost several people who anchored my world, then a car accident left me disabled and forced me out of a career I'd spent nearly three decades building. I went from being the strong one everyone leaned on to feeling like I'd lost my footing entirely. I know what it feels like to be in the dark tunnel with no exit in sight.
What got me through wasn't a slogan — it was therapy, real boundaries, learning to say no, and slowly rebuilding a life around what actually matters. This site is where I share what that process really looked like: the messy parts, the hard-won tools, and the small joys I found again along the way — cooking, plants, tracing my family history, the ordinary things that remind you life is still good.
Whether you're navigating grief, a relationship that's changing, a health scare, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I hope something here meets you where you are.
Thank you for being here. Let's walk through this together.
